Africa which should be stocked by local libraries everywhere. Thank you
to Alan Jeffreys for the following suggestions (by email).
Sand River by Peter Matthiessen Full of back-to-basics Africa and the sights, sounds, smells and hardships of a foot safari into the depths of the southern Selous. The Shadow of Kilimanjaro by Rick Ridgeway Rick and a few African friends journey from the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro to the Indian Ocean, interviewing those who moulded and shaped the Tsavo National Parks as we know them today.
